I just returned from KL yesterday. It has been another tiring trip of moving, unpacking and reassembling stuffs. Believe it or not, I even did some sewing! It has been a long weekend and there will be some updates coming up. Here is a preview of what is to come.

Before I left for that trip, I was busy finding a solution for the occasional slow loading banner ads by Nuffnang that causes some blogs to load slowly. That slow down happens whenever their servers experienced massive traffic. Some of you may notice that it involves only their skyscraper ads. Since this is not my technology blog, I’ll spare you the details.

To make a long story short, I was able to find a solution to that problem. I will write a step by step guide to implement it tonight. It will be published in my technology blog. I have implemented it on this blog. You can compare the difference in how the Nuffnang skyscraper banners load in both my blogs. (ChanKelwin.com has modified codes, while TenthOfMarch.com has their default code) By implementing the modified codes, the Nuffnang’s skyscraper ads no longer affect the loading time of your blog.

On another topic, I mentioned that the battle between Nuffnang and Advertlets could have brought up yet another childish, unprofessional and coward attack. Wait for the expose while I cook up yet another spicy dish for you. There will be one or two posts explaining the technical details before I do the expose. That is to ensure better understanding on what’s happening. There might be a follow up post at the end to encourage “user participation”. That may be a little ambitious, but we’ll see what happens.

Stay tuned (over at TenthOfMarch.com that is).

Same thing that happened to DevilsAdvocate, Amateur and Reaymond. Hiding in a mouse hole.

Don’t know if EnufisEnuf sdn bhd has changed their modus operandi, if you take a look at the anonymous comment here.

Maybe it’s just me or it could really be some random person giving their two cents worth about nuffnang. Funny at how these people seem to be very anonymous with their identities.

LOL. I like that sdn bhd joke. To me, sometimes I feel irritated with people attacking either sides anonymously. However, being anonymous is not wrong. So I can’t say much. What I dislike the most is if one company decides to go anonymous and attacks the other. That’s cheap.

I can’t comment much about that anonymous commenter though. It could be just some random person commenting. My next post in my tech blog will hopefully be able to decrease such nonsense (sdn bhd going anonymous to attack the other). It’s a bit ambitious, but we’ll see what happens.
