Arranged marriage is the norm in the olden days. Depending on the different degrees of arranged marriage, some of the newly-weds may not have even seen each others face before! It’s common to see in movies how some brides would run away on the day of marriage.
Does arranged marriage still exist in this modern-era? To say that it’s completely extinct would be unfounded. I still believe there are some arranged marriages happening. However, the age group of these arranged marriage couple may be in the higher group. I said “may be” because I really have no idea. Anyway, which girl or guy in their 20s would want their parents to “select” their groom or bride, right?
Having said that, sometimes I wish that my marriage could be an arranged marriage. I’m serious, but only sometimes lah. Why? Simply because when things don’t work out, you get to shift the blame to someone else. 
OKOK. I don’t want to sound like I’m someone irresponsible or can not take up responsibility. I’m writing this because I would like to discuss this topic. I only have less than 30 minutes to puke this out. Furthermore, I’m blur blur and high high (on drugs). Yes, I’m on drugs. Caffeine! 
So, what more do you expect?
