There is this restaurant situated on the way to the Kuantan beach. It’s actually a bungalow-cum-restaurant place. The name of the restaurant is Crocodile Rock. Needless to say, the first thing that I saw after entering the restaurant is…

Crocodile Rock's mascot

…a crocodile. Well, it’s just a toy-crocodile. When you press on its belly, it will even make an “Pppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeettt” sound.

My sis ordered a salmon. I didn’t get to taste it (at least I don’t remember tasting it) but it sure does look tasty, especially now when I’m craving for some food. Ahhhhh….

Tasty looking salmon

We also ordered a pizza to share. It’s thin crisp and it’s really really good. I can eat one of those pizza on my own right about now. They make the dough fresh. I see them do it with a huge oven at the back.

Overall, the atmosphere of the place was quite nice. The lights were dim. They have a sort of VIP room that can fit a dozen people in it. There are a few tables at the back of the house as well. These are open aired and customers can smoke there if they wanted to. One thing I dislike about them was their service though. The waiter picked up my plate when I haven’t even finished my meal. The worse thing was he didn’t even asked if I was finished with it. *sigh*

Having said that, it’s still quite a nice place to go to.

Me & fellow colleagues had a great time celebrating a birthday party in the Croc Rock last night. It was our 1st time there. The place is cozy and relax. The food are tasty too, price is reasonable. the lady boss n her staff are friendly too, trying to accommodate us with our many requests. Will definately recommend this restaurant to my other friends.
