Hotlink Provides Online Statement (Hotlink E-Statement) For Prepaid Users

After many complaints by users who were “cheated” and being highlighted at Jeff Ooi’s screenshots blog, an online system for Hotlink users to check where their credits are spent is now available. Go to Hotlink.com.my and register an account (if you haven’t already done so).

Register or login from the sidebar

Look for the login/register section in the left sidebar. I tried to register using Firefox but encountered a problem. Use Internet Explorer instead.

Error while using firefox to browse Hotlink E-statement

To login, both web browsers work. Once you are in, look for the Hotlink E-Statement tab. A new window will be opened upon clicking on it. You can view your previous call/SMS detail charges and top-up details. One thing I notice is that you can only view up to the previous 30 days details. They should have provided an option to view by month and keep at least the past 2 to 3 months details.

Anyway, at least now you know where all your credits are going.

Thanks for testing it out. Strange right? Especially when they have the note in the footer that says it works with Firefox.

I got problem signing in to the e-statement. I had registered to hotlink online account last year to check my usage and statement.

After quite some time I didn’t log in, I had forgotten the password. I try to retrieve the password to my hp. After get a temporary password to log in, I still can’t get in. I checked the agreement box, username and password but the problem still same.

Any other way to solve this problem?
