I don’t remember when the last time I went for a swim was. I have been avoiding the weighing machine for quite some time too. I stepped on the weighing machine the other day and didn’t like what I saw. Not that I was surprised with it though.

I need to exercise.

After countless lame excuses, I finally grabbed my swimming gear and headed to the pool. The car park was empty when I reached there. Then, I noticed that the pool was closed. I thought they must have closed it for puasa or raya. I saw the guard and asked him when the pool will be opened again.

He replied: “Oh, lama. Tahun depan”.

There was some construction going on around the pool. I guess there are upgrading the facilities. So, what am I going to do with my excess weight? *sigh*

Muahaha. No la, jogging takes more effort. When swimming, at least can relax a bit. Not so tired. Even if tired can swim slowly. If jog, tired have to walk which doesn’t feel as nice. My sleeping pattern is so messed up I feel hungry at 3am. Sometimes I just eat light snacks.

I never believe that going to gym can reduce weight. Maybe because I never stick to a strict program. I’ll try to reduce what I eat and hopefully start to jog. But still, jogging really takes more effort than swimming and not half as fun. *sigh*
