I just write, publish, then submit. I went to check the date the post was submitted. I wrote my post at Oct 1 around 12 AM something and the post submitted list recorded it as 30th of September. I have other posts approved of similar fashion (many of my posts are a day later than the US submission since I always started to write after 12 am) and this is the first time I got rejected for time shifting. Just that I don't think it is fair for them to control what we do to the rest of our blog. They can control our paid posts but not the rest.
