Yeah, drastic weight loss can actually harm one's health too. If I can lose 1kg per week, that would be good enough already. Hahaha. Exercise can make a person look better, that's for sure. I guess I'll just need to start exercising instead of wishing for it.

I heard HSBC credit card works too. Too bad I don't have one. Hopefully my PB debit card will be approved shortly.

If only I had it. There was this show, Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng. There are a few "remedies" in the movie but I wouldn't recommend them though. hehe.</description>

I'd suggest you do some light weights and cardio work to tone up the body. Much easier. You wouldn't look like you've lost 5kgs but you'd look better than what you are now. :)</description>
