Exercise Is Good For You And Me

After going months without any exercise, I finally went for a jog last night. I think I jogged for 10 minutes and walked for another 20 minutes or so. I was out of breath at the end of it and my legs felt like they were going have a cramp. It shows how unfit I currently am. (Not like I was ever fit before anyways) I went home and did some light weight lifting and sit-ups.

I don’t remember the last time I sweat that much. It was a good workout. My whole body is starting to ache now. I believe it will get worse and stay that way for a day or two. I am 24 and I believe some 42 year olds are fitter than me. *sigh*

      This means that you have been such a long time never exercise and your body is giving you signal.. “hey, don’t be lazy, exercise more.. ” :P

      haha. Well, to me, my body is telling me, “Hey, why are you exercising and hurting yourself? Stop exercising.” LOL.

      Play badminton also very good form of exercise. I used to sweat a lot (whole shirt wet) when I played last time.
