		<description>@Angie: Thanks. I&#039;ve been skipping gym quite often lately. It&#039;s either I don&#039;t have the time or I am just too lazy to go. My 12 month contract ends in June. I hope to utilize the gym and shed a few more kilos before that. Then, I&#039;ll decide whether to continue.

@Pradeep: That&#039;s true. Consistency is the key. I hit the gym at least 3 times a week when I first started but have been slacking off lately.

		<description>Even if I have a two-wheer and a four-wheeler, I use them on if I can&#039;t get public transport or time is less. 

Also, the time you spend in a gym daily is less important than how consistent you are. Good luck. Take care of your health.</description>
