This is an update on the post where I was accused of plagiarizing.
I submitted a ticket to the support team and waited patiently for a reply. Thankfully, it was a positive response. My post is finally accepted and everything is well again. I didn’t mention any names before this problem is settled because I don’t want the problem to escalate. Now that it is over, I believe it is time to put everything on the table so that no misunderstanding (towards me or the advertiser) will occur.
The post where I was said to have plagiarized is the one about PayPerPost University. I was very frustrated when I first got to know about it. I immediately fired a ticket to PPP’s support in anger. My body was filled with a rush of negative energy at that moment. The thought of being rejected on the claims of plagiarism for a post I grabbed during the $1K Tuesday seems too “coincidental”. Thankfully I wasn’t able to submit the ticket because my connection was down. (Never do anything in anger!) I submitted a new ticket the next morning that is milder but with “thorns” here and there.
The support team reviewed my post again yesterday and has approved it. I still do not know why it was rejected at the first place. Based on what or who? It doesn’t matter anymore. Everything is fine now and there are no ill feelings left. The reply also stated that all plagiarism allegations will be backed up with proof and other sources before they reject any posts in the future.
Nothing is perfect. There have been some disagreements within the PPP community lately regarding the recent changes to their TOS. Some posties ended up writing less for PPP and have diverted their attention towards other sources. As for me, I will be staying put since they are one of my biggest earners (pssttt…biggest actually :-P).
